Quality Control Program
is the set of activities that control the quality of the service that is being provided and identifying any deficiencies that might be present.
The quality control process is a corrective process – the task of actually testing our performance to find out and identify non-compliance present in the service that is being provided by the delivery team. All deficiencies are brought to the attention of management and the delivery team who then try to fix them.
After correction, the service is verified again, confirming completion of the report and that features are working as required. The QC process assures that the service being provided has the required quality.
QC focuses on the improvement of the service by identifying the deficiencies and issues to make sure that we are complying with the scope and requirements of our customers.
